Can I open a trade account?
Your business or charity must be a specialised and in the pet retail sector. Established businesses and charities are preferred, but new ones will also be considered.
Are you VAT registered?
Our VAT number is GB364288178. Businesses and customers within the United Kingdom pay 20% VAT on all orders and this is displayed on all invoices. Wholesale is currently only available within the United Kingdom.
Are there any requirements for my website?
If you use a website, this must be a secure site for customer transactions and you must keep all customer data safe and process customer data in accordance with applicable laws. Encrypted security software and secure bank transactions must be enabled at all times. If you have a physical business, this must also comply with the relevant UK trading laws.
Do you specify an MRP?
On our price list, the Minimum Retail Price is displayed clearly. All resellers are expected to comply with these prices set by Truelove. We reserve the right to withdraw trade accounts if these are not followed.
Do you provide images for products?
We will provide you with access to Truelove’s approved stock images. You will need to create your own unique product descriptions.
How quickly are orders processed?
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving payment.
What payment methods are available?
All wholesale prices are based on payment for each order being made by bank transfer. If you wish to pay by another method additional processing fees will apply. Please contact us for more details.
